                          Sh.Nishan Singh, complainant suffered statement that today, he has  received no objection certificate from the opposite party in respect of the loan agreement No.PJA01033D alongwith two copies of Form 35 and further stated that now onward, he shall not file any other case of any nature against the opposite party in any court of law for the same cause of action regarding agreement No.PJA01033D .   Therefore, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and wants to withdraw the present complaint. In view of the above statement, present complaint stands disposed off as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
