                    File taken up in Pre National Lok Adalat. Sh. Kulvinder Singh Legal Manager & GPA Indusind Bank, Branch Office, Kaithal appeared on behalf of OPs alongwith Sh. Naresh Sharma, Advocate and made a statement that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per the settlement the opposite party shall issued NOC to the complainant without any payment within 45 days from today.  

                  Ld. Counsel for complainant made a statement that in view of the statement suffer by the Ld. Counsel for opposite party he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraw the same being fully satisfied.

Heard. In view of the statement of opposite parties as well as Ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby disposed off being compromised in Pre National Lok Adalat. Both the parties are bound by their own statements. Copy of this order be sent to both the parties free of cost. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
