           Sh.Munish Kohli, Adv.counsel for the complainant got recorded his statement that as per the application dated 7.10.2019 filed by the opposite party for dismissal of complaint, in which this fact was mentioned in para No.2 that complainant has been adjusted and closed his loan account as duly paid to the opposite party, as such, on such assurance, the complainant does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
