Both parties filed attendance through his counsel after calling complainant himself appear and orally submits that after taking the noc of the said vehicle he has no grimace against the O.P after seeing the amount voucher of said vehicle issued by the O.P no 3 date 15/10/2012    respect of amount of The Said vehicle which shows that including the tax invoice total rupees 56,020.00 filed on 06/03/2015 of the O.P No.-3. In this regard according to format petition the total amount of said vehicle is Rs. 56,020.00 and Complainant himself today in the forum admit that he has no grievance against the O.Ps. Further  he submits that he has already been received the NOC before the forum, on that basis he wants to disposal of the case in  full and final satisfaction of the Complainant.

According to said fact comparing the said amount of the vehicle in presence of Complainant and further on perusal of record it appears that NOC of the said vehicle has been received by the Complainant on 04/07/2018.

Under Such circumstances discussed above without discussion of the evidence of the parties the case is here by dismissed with full and final satisfaction of the Complainant.
