ORDER

Present:-

Complainant in Person

He has filed the present complaint interalia stating that he is account holder of the OP and despite having written a letter to OP on 29.06.2021 his account has not been closed rather certain chargers are being levied on his account which amounts to deficiency in service. It is prayed that OP be directed to close the account of the complainant. Certain documents have been filed on record. File perused.

On query raised by the Commission as to what is the evidence that he has ever approached the OP for closing the account, he submitted that no document was given. In fact there is no document placed on record to show that he has ever requested the OPgn absence of any such request made by the complainant, it can be said that OP has ever refused to the complainant for providing required service. Therefore there appears to be no ground to admit the present complaint in the present forum as the same is without disclosure of any cause of action. Complaint is accordingly rejected and the liberty is given to file fresh complaint after moving appropriate application for closing his account before the OP1. Therefore this complaint case is rejected.
