On strength of an advance petition filed by the learned counsel for the OPs, the case is put up today. Learned counsel for the OPs  filed a memo along with no objection certificate. Copy served on the learned counsel for the complainant and stating therein that the matter has been settled amicably outside the forum and NOC in respect of vehicle  No. OR 19 J 2274  has already been handed over with full satisfaction and to drop the case without cost. The memo is seen without objection by the learned counsel for the complainant.

                 In view of the memo filed by the learned counsel for the OPs and it seen without objection by the learned counsel for the complainant, the case dropped accordingly.
