Learned counsel for the opposite party made a statement that in case the complainant deposited all the installments of present loan and clear all the loan amount the opposite party will issue NOC qua the said loan to the complainant. If any amount is pending qua the said loan and any other loan taken from the opposite party, the opposite party shall not be issued the NOC to the complainant. His statement recorded and taken up on the file. 

On the other hand the learned counsel for the complainant made a statement that the complainant has not taken any loan from the opposite party except the loan in question in present complaint. In view of the above statement of learned counsel for the opposite party I withdraw the present complaint on behalf of complainant. His statement also recorded and taken up on the file. 

In view of the statements of the learned counsel for the parties, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the parties are bound by their statements made today before this Commission. No order as to costs or compensation. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the records after due compliance.
