None is responding on behalf of the appellant inspite of several calls.

Sh. Vikrant Gambhir, learned counsel for respondents has appeared through video conferencing.

A perusal of the order sheet dated 17.02.2022 reveals that on the previous date, it was ordered that if on the next date, the appellant does not appear before the Commission, then the appropriate order may be passed in the appeal.

So in the light of the above order, the appeal is hereby dismissed in default. 

File be consigned to the record room. The record of the District Consumer Forum, Dehradun be returned as per law after expiry of the statutory period.
