Order pronounced in open Commission today with an observation that the complainant is remaining absent and failed to adduce evidence as provided u/s 38(6) of C.P Act. However, perused the record and found nothing materials to substantiate the pleadings of the complainant. Law is well settled that pleadings are not evidence and that a party wants to prove anything as made out in his pleading to give evidence in support of the same. Hence, we found no merit in the complaint . Hence dismissed  . However, no order as  to cost.
