The petitioner’s Pass Book of SBI cannot be connected with this case.

          Perused the petition. Also perused the document. The petitioner purchased the vehicle on loan from O.P.1 and the O.P.1 Indusind Bank issued one letter dt. 13.02.2015 to O.P.3 to release the vehicle to the petitioner which was taken away by O.P.1 and O.P.2.

          The subsequent fact for which the petitioner filed criminal case before CGM-Malda cannot be looked into by this Forum.

          It is also reflected in the plaint that the vehicle of the petitioner is already in his possession as per the letter of O.P.1 dated 13.02.2015 and one day after the said letter the petitioner admits the vehicle is in his possession

          There is no iota of documents regarding the agreement and at present there is no deficiency on the part of O.Ps since the vehicle is in the possession of the petitioner.

          So the case is not maintainable and dismissed.
