ORDER

None for the parties.            The petition is filed against the order of the State Commission whereby, the direction was given to the bank to restore the vehicle in favour of the petitioner on his payment of remaining amount of loan. The impugned order is rendered on appreciation of the material which was placed on record. Considering this aspect, we find that no substantial question of law and fact is involved nor there is perversity in the impugned order. Petition is filed after delay of 155 days. No explanation is given. Petition is dismissed.
