          Learned counsel for the appellant has made statement (Annexure-1) that appellant is his father. The bank has handed over the possession of the auto rickshaw. The matter has been compromised with the bank. As per the compromise, he shall pay Rs.75,000/- in full and final settlement on or before 01^st October, 2018. Since, the matter has been compromised, the appeal be dismissed as withdrawn. The statement is accepted. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn accordingly.
