Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 10.09.2020. Complainant is not appearing for past several dates of hearing 28.10.2020, 13.04.2023, 22.05.2023, 09.10.2023, 06.02.2024. On the last date of hearing i.e. 06.02.2024 complainant was directed to assist this Commission to reconstruct the judicial file. However till date complainant has not taken steps in this behalf.  Today also complainant is absent. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
