Final Order / Judgement

Today the case was fixed for arguments on execution application. At this stage, learned Counsel for the DH has stated at bar that DH is not interested for perusing the present case and he does not want to argue anymore, and he has no objection if the present execution is hereby dismissed. 

                   In view of the oral statement made by ld. Counsel for the decree-holder, the present execution is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.
