                        Today the case is fixed for consideration on the maintainability of the present complaint.

                 Heard. On perusal of case file, we have observed that in the present complaint, the complainant averred that the agricultural land of husband of complainant was acquired for National Highway Scheme 152D and concerned department/officials directed him to open account with the OP Nos. 1 to 3 and accordingly, the husband of complainant opened two accounts in his name as well as in the name of complainant.

                 It is further averred that the complainant was trapped by the OP No.1 by giving one time saving plan scheme in the name of her grand daughter namely Palak vide two policy No. A1178154 and A1178121 by getting deposit amount of Rs. 81,000/-and Rs. 69,000/-respectively saying that both the said policies are one time saving plan and will be matured after five years with double of amount. It is averred that in this way, the OPs have befooled the complainant by misrepresentation of facts and thereby cheated her. The complainant requested the OPs to rectify the policies but of no use. Hence the present complaint. 

                        We have observed that the complainant has placed on file document showing details of the insurance policies, both in the name of Palak issued by OP No. 4 ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd., From the perusal of same, it stands clear that the premium was to be paid every year as per this document whereas as per the averments of complainant, the said polices were one time saving plan.  The complainant has been failed to convince this Commision that how the complainant has been trapped by the OPs in issuing wrong policies to the complainant. The complainant also failed to place on record any other congent or authentic document in support of her complaint to satisfy this Commission that in which manner the OPs have committed any cheating/deficiency in service qua the complainant.

                        Hence, prima-facie, we think that it is not a fit case for summoning of OPs by issuing notice by this Commission. Therefore, the complaint of complainant being not maintainable in the present form, deserves dismissal and hence, the same is hereby dismissed.
