PER: S.P. SOOD, JUDICIAL MEMBER:

                   Mr. Raj Kumar Singh, complainant has appeared in person and suffered a statement that he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint with a liberty to file afresh before appropriate authority i.e. before learned District Commission, Bhiwani on the same cause of action. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

2.                In pursuance of respective statement suffered by Mr. Raj Kumar Singh, complainant the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant is at liberty to file a fresh complaint before appropriate authority on the same cause of action i.e. pecuniary jurisdiction. File be consigned to the records.

3.                Let, original documents be returned to the parties after getting photocopies of that documents from them against proper receipt and as per rules, after noting down in the registered, if maintained.

4.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.

5.                File be consigned to record room alongwith a copy of this order.
