Indusind Bank Ltd., 2^nd floor, old G.T. road, Sam Nagar, Balaji Agency, Karnal through its Branch Manager.

                                                                                      …..Opposite Party.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:   Sh. Sultan Singh, complainant in person alongwith Sh. Rajiv Gupta, Advocate.

              

         Today the case is fixed for filing the reply to the application for additional evidence and consideration thereupon.

         At this stage, complainant has suffered his separate statement to effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same on technical ground and sought permission to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law, after decision of criminal complaint under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act pending before the Court of Ms. Neelam JMIC, Karnal.         

              In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law, if so desired. The original documents annexed with the complaint, if any, be returned to the complainant by placing on record photocopies of the same. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
