Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant as to why this case will not be dismissed for default, filing chief and cost of Rs.300/- payable by the complainant.

None appears from the both sides.

It is now 04:00 PM.

On repeated calls none found present in this case.

Cause as per order No. 06 dated 21.06.2016 has not been  shown by the complainant and record shows that the complainant was absent last two occasions including this day without any intimation. The conduct of the complainant shows that he has lost his interest in this case. So, there is no alternative but to dismiss the case.

Hence it is

                           Ordered  

that the case being No.CC-22/2016 be and the same is dismissed for default without cost.

Copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
