Final Order / Judgement

                                         The C.D Case record bearing No.16/2014 has been received on 22.02.2018 as per L. No.702, dtd.12.02.18 of Hon’ble State C.D.R Commission, Cuttack by Regd. parcel. The relevant portion of the order of the Appellate authority i.e. Hon’ble S.C.D.R.C, Cuttack passed in R.P Case No.119/14 vide O. No.22, dtd.01.08.17 is reads as follws:-

                                         “It appears from the lower Court record that though a copy of the order dtd.23.04.2014 passed in R.P No.34 of 2014 by this Commission was filed on 14.05.2014, the complaint case was posted from time to time.

                                         C.D Case No.16 of 2014 having been disposed of by order dtd.23.04.2014 passed by this Commission in R.P No.34 of 2014, there is no scope for the District Forum to further proceed in C.D Case No.16 of 2014. The impugned order is without jurisdiction and is liable to be set-aside. Accordingly, the revision petition is allowed and the impugned order is set aside.”

                                         Hence, the case is disposed of as per direction of Appellate Authority. The case did not be posted on date fixed earlier i.e. on 12.03.18.

                                         However, dragging the case record till yet in spite of order by the Hon’ble S.C.D.R.C, Cuttack, the present B.C Sri B.P Ghadei is hereby directed to submit explanation in this regard, which is to be proceeded in Administrative side. The explanation is to be submitted within one month of the date of communication of this order.
