Final Order / Judgement

                                         The Dhr is absent on call. No step has been taken on his behalf. Adv. for Jdrs files hazira & present. Perused C.D Case No.16/2014, out of which this Misc. case arises. This Misc. case arises against violation of order dated 10.02.14 passed by this Forum in C.D Case No.16/14. But, the said order was modified by the order passed in R.P Case No.34/2014 by Hon’ble SCDRC, Cuttack vide order No.6, dtd.23.04.14 and in that order, the C.D case was also disposed of & again the matter was disposed of by the Hon’ble SCDRC, Cuttack vide O. No.22, dtd.01.08.17 passed in R.P No.119/2014. So, in this background, this Misc. case has no force & dropped accordingly.
