ORDER

Later, case taken on board on oral request of the complainant and the advocate for opposite party. A joint memo signed by the complainant, opposite party and advocate for the opposite party is filed. Heard. The parties admits the terms and conditions of the compromise narrated in the memo. In view of the memo and the submission, the complaint is dismissed in terms of the memo. Intimate the Commissioner not to proceed with the work and return the warrant. The Commissioner fees deposited shall be paid to him.
