ORDER

Order dt.31/10/1992 Complainant files complaint for refund of Rs.128/- sent to respondent on 28/04/1988. Only Two books were sent to complainant value of Rs.22/-. This is deducted from the amount of Rs.150/- send to respondent on 28/04/1988. The first claim is for return of Rs.128/- plus interest for Rs.1000/- in all. The complainant is awarded and the respondent is ordered to pay Rs.128/- plus interest on this amount at 15% p.a. from the date of receipt on 28/4/88 till realisation. The respondent also to pay cost of the complainant Rs.300/- for costs and otehr expenses sd/- G.Vamdev President sd/- B.A.Hasanabba Member
