  1. Ms. Alka Joshi, learned counsel for the appellant has suffered a statement to the effect that she wants to withdraw the present appeal in view of the letter dated 11.03.2024 issued by Law Officer, HPU, Panchkula to her. She further requested to refund the statutory amount deposited by the appellant in its favour. Hence, she may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint. Her statement in this regard recorded separately.
  2. In view of the statement suffered by counsel for the appellant, the present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
  3. The statutory amount of Rs.1715/- deposited by the appellants while filing the appeal be refunded to the appellants against proper receipt and identification.
  4. Application(s) pending, if any, stand disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
  5. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the law. The order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
  6. File be consigned to record room along with a copy of this order.
