Neither anyone appears for the complainant today nor the directions contained in the order dated 11.11.2010 in regard to the filing of affidavits of evidence have been complied with within the stipulated period or till date, that is why, the opposite party could not file their evidence in rebuttal. -2- In the circumstances, we have reasons to believe that the complainant is not interested in prosecuting the matter any further. The complaint as such is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
