After arguing the matter for some time on the question of maintainability of the complaint before this Commission, learned counsel for the complainant seeks permission to withdraw the present complaint for filing the same before appropriate consumer forum after suitably modifying/reducing the amount of compensation claimed in the present complaint.

          We, accordingly, direct the Registry to return the present complaint to the complaint for filing the same before the appropriate consumer forum within the prescribed period of limitation.
