ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for complainant. The learned counsel for complainant fairly makes the statement that, this consumer complaint filed in the State Commission, he does not file it in any District Consumer Forum. He fairly states that, there is no deficiency in service as requires to be considered under the provision of Consumer Protection Act. He further states that, he does not want to proceed the said matter either in the State Commission or in the District Forum or in the Hon’ble National Commission. However he states that, complainant may be allowed to withdraw the said complaint with a liberty to file it to other remedy available except the consumer Act. Submission accepted. Leave withdraw the complaint hereby granted
