We have heard the complainant in person, Mr. Ravi Gopal, learned counsel for opposite Party Nos. 1 & 3/Hospital and Mr. P.K. Seth, learned counsel for opposite party No. 2/Doctor.  Without admitting any medical negligence or deficiency in service and subject to the complainant withdrawing the allegations made by him in the complaint,  Mr. Ravi Gopal states that the O.P. No. 1/Hospital will pay a sum of
Rs. 1.50 lacs to the complainant purely on compassionate ground and  towards his travelling and allied expenses, which he incurred during his treatment at the opposite party No. 1/Hospital.  The offer is acceptable to the complainant, who is present in person.  Statement of Mr. Narain Lal Dhakar, complainant and Mr. Ravi Gopal, counsel for the opposite party No. 1 & 3 have been separately recorded.

1.           In terms of the above development, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn leaving the parties to bear their respective costs.  Opposite

party No. 1 shall pay the sum of Rs. 1.50 lacs to the complainant by means of a Bank Draft within a period of four weeks.
