HON’BLE JUSTICE SRI A. CHAKRABARTI, PRESIDENT.

 

Heard Mr. T. N. Banerjee, the Ld. Advocate for the Revision Petitioner.  The grievance of the Petitioner is that although about a year back the Hon’ble National Commission confirmed the order passed by the State Commission and execution is also pending for long period, the matter is not being decided.  The last order dated 23.11.2009 records that both parties were present and both were heard and the matter had been considered and the next date has been fixed on 20.01.2010 for passing necessary orders.

 

We are not appreciating such fixing of date about two months after the hearing for passing order, but in this revision application we are intervening and the matter is being sent down before the Forum for expeditious disposal.  The Ld. Advocate for the Revision Petitioner states that next date fixed is also a holiday according to the next year calendar.  The Forum is directed to consider the matter and fix a working date for passing order to expedite the matter as early as possible.  With the above direction the revision is disposed of.  A copy of the order be sent to the Forum below for compliance.
