Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Sh. S.S.Moonak, counsel for the complainant.

        Sh. Suraj Kanwar, counsel for the OP.

      

         Today the case is fixed for compromised. Compromise effect.

                At this stage, learned counsel for the OP has suffered a separate statement that the matter has been compromised and as per the compromised OP has received the compromised amount. And nothing is due against the complainant and OP shall issue the NOC with regard to the vehicle in question within one month from today.

                 On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant has suffered separate his statement to the effect that the in view of the above statement, he withdrawal the present complaint being compromised.

              In view of the above statements, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both parties will bound the statement of their respective counsels. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
