Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

    He submitted that he has filed a revision petition stating that the learned Dist. Forum,Jagatsinghpur has not exercised the jurisdiction due to absence of the Forum.  Although he has filed the complaint but unable to register the same due to non-functioning of the Forum.  He submitted that he has got urgency for the matter and prays to interfere in the matter.

     In view of the aforesaid submission and the fact remains that there is no Forum working at Jagatsinghpur due to non-appoint of the President/Member the case is  transferred to learned Dist. Commission,Khurda at Bhubaneswar where single member is available to entertain the complaint and interim petition in view of urgency as prayed for.

    Office of the learned Dist.Commission,Jagatsinghpur is directed to transfer the complaint of the petitioner special messenger to the learned Dist. Commission,Khurda at Bhubaneswar and the learned Dist. Commission,Khurda at Bhubaneswar would entertain the same and pass necessary order as deemed fit and proper on being moved by learned counsel for the petitioner.

     Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to take steps for production of copy of the order before the Dist. Commission,Jagatsinghpur and Dist. Commission,Khurda at Bhubanswar.  Accordingly the revision is disposed of.
