                        Case taken up at 2.45 P.M. but this time also none has appeared inspite of calls.   Today the case is fixed for  filing written statement by OP subject to last opportunity otherwise their defence  is to be struck of.   From the conduct of the parties,  it is presumed that perhaps the grievance of complainant has been settled by the Op, therefore, complainant has opted not to come present before the Forum.  Hence, finding no justification in adjourning the case further, the same is hereby dismissed in default for non-appearance of complainant. Copies of this order be sent to parties concerned free of costs, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to record room.
