On call learned counsel Sri Sanjay Kumar Pandey appeared and filed a petition that already grievance of the complainant has been redressed. Therefore, submitted that complainant be permitted to withdraw this case. In the facts as above complainant is permitted to withdraw this case and this case stands disposed of as withdrawn.
