Present :-   Complainant in person.

                     Mr.  Rahul Garg for OP alongwith Raghav Mahajan Sr. Legal Counsel for OP.

                    

After intervention of the Bench, both parties are ready to settle the matter for an amount of Rs. 7,000/- alongwith unconditional apology letter in favouring of Complainant. Thereafter in compliance of previous order, OP has handed over a DD of settlement amount i.e. Rs. 7,000/- alongwith apology letter.

The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
