          The Ld. Counsel for the complainant is present. Today is fixed for admission hearing. At the time of admission hearing, we have noticed that the address of the O.P as revealed from the cause title of the complaint is lying in New Delhi. Therefore, as no address has been given by the complainant lying with the jurisdiction of this Ld. Forum nor any material is forthcoming from the petition of complaint that cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of the Ld. Forum, hence we are not in a position admit the said complaint.

          Hence

                        Ordered,

                                      That the complaint is dismissed without being admitted. However, the complainant is at liberty to approach before the appropriate Forum if any opportunity otherwise.
