ORDER

     Memorandum of appearance on behalf of OP has been filed.

     At this stage, vide her separate statement, the complainant has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, she has received an amount of Rs.18000/- from OP on 13.09.2023 towards full & final settlement in the present matter and hence she does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further and prayed that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. In view of the statement of the complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
