The complainant is present personally.  The complainant has filed a petition today before the Ld. Commission to withdraw the complaint petition CC/11/2022 on the ground of defects in the instant case.  He has also prayed for liberty to file a fresh complaint before this Commission  by filing a fresh petition on the self sent cause of action is granted and liberty is also given to submit so the prayer to drop the case is considered.  Thus the case is disposed of.
