                The complainant in this case last appeared on 11.03.2020. Thereafter there was outbreak of Corona pandemic. The complainant was abent on 06.11.2020, 23.11.2020, 09.12.2020, 06.01.2021, 03.02.2021, 17.03.2021, 04.01.2022 and 26.05.2022.     Today also there is no appearance on behalf of the complainant.   The complainant is still to file rejoinder/evidence.  It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter.  Accordingly the complaint is dismissed in default of appearance and for non-prosecution. File be consigned to record room.
