ORDER

     In compliance with the notice/order dated 15.05.2020 & 29.05.2020 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, today also case taken up through video conferencing due to outbreak of COVID-19 & measures to control it, as per Standard Operating Procedure framed by Hon’ble State Commission.

     E-mail has been received vide which counsel for complainants pleaded that complainants does not want to pursue the present complaint and prayed for withdrawing the same. Per the contents of the e-mail received, the matter has been settled between the parties. Order dated 02.06.2020 also perused, which shows counsel for complainants stated that the matter has been settled. As a confirmation, e-mail was asked for. Though e-mail is not signed, but it has come from the e-mail ID of Sh.Devinder Kumar, Counsel for Complainants. He reiterated the said facts that matter stood settled and hence complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been settled.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
