ORDER Complainant present and submitted that dispute between the complainant and opposite parties 1 and 2 is settled out of court and sought permission to withdraw the complaint with liberty to file a fresh complaint against 3rd opposite party. Complainant is not seeking any relief against 4th opposite party. In view of the settlement the complainant is permitted to withdraw the complaint with liberty to file fresh complaint against 3rd opposite party. Hence the complaint is disposed off accordingly.
