          This complaint is filed by the complainant u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.1986.

          The complainant filed this complaint  against the opposite parties  to pay a sum of Rs.88,100/- with 18% interest till the realization of amount claimed and to pay cost of litigation and to impose exemplary damages.

          Complainant counsel, Opposite party 1 and 2 counsel present. Complainant made endorsement withdrawing the complaint. Hence, as per endorsement in the complaint.  This complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. No cost.
