              Today the case was fixed for appearance of complainant. But none has come present today on behalf of complainant despite repeated calls since morning. Sufficiently awaited. It is already 3.30 P.M. No intimation is received regarding the non-appearance of complainant. It seems that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the present complaint. So, in such like circumstances   the present complaint is dismissed as default. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
