                        Today the case was fixed for consideration to the application filed by the counsel for the op. . At this stage, Complainant  has made a separate statement in which he states that matter has been sort out with the op. Now he has no grievances  against the op. So he wants to  withdraw  his present complaint.

                        Heard.  In view of the statement, The present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. We order accordingly. 

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
