1.       For the reasons stated in the order of even date, passed by this Forum in Consumer Complaint No. 155 of 2013 titled as Sh. Puneet Narang Vs. Indian Railway Welfare Organization & Ors., this complaint is also dismissed. A copy of that order in that case is placed on the record, which shall be deemed to form a part of this order.
