Called out. The o.p. Bank has allowed the withdrawal of the deposit made by him to the complainant as per the letter of the Bank dated 10/11/1993. The complainant has not appeared to refute this advice of the Bank. Hence, the complaint no longer survives for consideration. Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as the dispute is settled. No costs.
