            Sri S.K.Mund  learned counsel for the  O.P. appeared before the forum on  behalf of the O.P   &   vehemently advanced arguments.

            The complainant appeared  in person before the forum  and  filed a memo along with  supporting affidavit to withdraw the case on the ground that the dispute has been settled out of court  and he has received his dues with full and final satisfaction. Hence considering  the memo and affidavit of the complainant praying not to further proceeding  of the case. The memo is allowed.  Accordingly the case is closed.
