Complainant files hazira through Ld. lawyer. the case is taken up for admission hearing.

Hd. submission of Ld. lawyer. Perused the petition of complaint and its annexure. Considered. We find from the petition of complainant that the cause of filing this case has been arisen on and from 04-12-2014 . So the complainant should have filed this case on and before 04-12-16 as per provision of C.P. Act 196. But the complainant has filed this case on 29-03-17 without any petition for condo nation by delay. So we find that the case is hopelessly burred by limitation as per provision of C.P. Act 1986. 

Hence the petition of complainant stands rejected. the case is disposed off accordingly.
