                                                                             ORDER

    Complainant and opposite party represented.  Matter is settled  between parties and memo filed.  Along with the memo the complainant filed a letter issued by opposite party dtd 13/2/15 regarding the settlement of issues between the complainant and opposite party in respect of the subject matter of complaint.  As per the letter mentioned above the complainant has to pay Rs.20 lakhs every month towards the outstanding amount due with interest  to the opposite party and the letter also contains the details regarding the settlement  entered into between the parties.  Hence the compromise mentioned in the letter dtd.13/2/15 issued by opposite party to  complainant  will form part of the order and the complaint is  closed accordingly.
