On 28.3.2016, counsel for the complainant got recorded his statement that as per the instructions of the branch manager of Indian Overseas Bank to effect the compromise with the complainant, he withdrew the present complaint on behalf of the complainant. He further stated that in case opposite party does not fulfill the statement of compromise, then in that eventuality the complainant reserves its right to file the fresh complaint. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
