(1)     On 14/11/2011, direction to issue notice before admission was given to the appellant returnable on 01/03/2012.  On 01/03/2012, appellant was absent and he did not comply with the direction given by the Commission for serving the respondent.  As such, we are dismissing this appeal for non-compliance of the order passed by this Commission and for default.
