ORDER

          Vide his separate statement recorded on 12.9.2024

the ld. Counsel for the complainant stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement he has received an amount of Rs.3000/- from the ld. Counsel for the OPs Sh. Jasdeep Singh Advocate. It is also stated that this is towards full & final settlement of the dispute in the present consumer complaint and therefore he withdraws the present complaint and it be disposed in the National Lok Adalat to be held on 14.9.2024.

          In view of the statement of ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being settled.              

          Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
